Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibility:

• Assume end to end responsibility of the product engineering function.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate these into functional requirements for products.
• Develop the product roadmap in consultation with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team as and when needed.
• Guide the QA team to devise test strategies and test plan for testing of products.
• Collaborate with the customer support group to understand and solve end customer issues as and when needed.
• Identify training needs for the development team and co-ordinate with the training department to organize these training programs.

Skills:

• 2-3 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of software product management experience.
• Self motivated individual with a 'Can do' attitude.
• ASP .NET, Silverlight, WPF, WCF, RIA, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server.
• BE / MCA
